The well known Indian automobile company, Mahindra that has gained a grip over the SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) market of India has once again set the rock over the roads with its all new hulk, the Mahindra XUV 500. The new hybrid senior to the Scorpio and very much competitive against the known high end SUVs like Toyota Fortuner and Tata Aria, the XUV 500 has been placed in and around 10- 13 lacs INR. The Company is also creating a great hype with lots of anticipation in the market that has been waiting long for Mahindra to enter the high end SUV range. This compact SUV was designed and developed at Mahindra's design and vehicle build center in Chennai, also known as the Mahindra Research Valley.
